Walmart plans a large renovation of 20 Georgia Stores

According to Walmart, large upgrades become 20 of its shops across Georgia.

Later this year the shops are converted into what the Big Box Store describes as a conversion into “Business of the future”.

What we know:

According to the company, the shops receive upgrades with fresh displays with courageous signage, extended departments and new articles.

The pharmacies of the shops are renovated to enable wider corridors and additional data protection measures such as private screening rooms.

The plan also includes the expansion of online pick -up and delivery services.

Walmart officials say that they have the goal of conversion over 650 shops across the country by the end of the year.

“Our business often serves as a heartbeat of the communities in which we work, and these conversions are proof of our commitment to improve this role,” said Nick Berkeley, Walmart’s Senior Vice President for Southeast Unit. “
