RLT is a non-invasive treatment in which a lower red light is used to reduce scars, wrinkles and other skin diseases. It also accelerates the healing of wounds and tissue repair by promoting blood flow and reducing inflammation.

Poirier is not the only one who has integrated RLT into her life. RLT is part of Dana White’s “Superhuman Protocol”, which also includes pulse therapy (pulse electromagnetic field), a cold slump and oxygen therapy.

As for his professional career, Poirier wants to retire after another fight. In his last fight, “The Diamond” lost at UFC 302 in the fifth round through the submission against Islam Makhachev.

It was Poirier’s third tore the undisputed light title. He had lost his previous two attempts against Charles Oliveira at UFC 269 and Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 242 about the submission.

Dustin Poirier becomes a matchmaker for rising light contenders

Paddy “The Baddy” Pimblett performed as a light contender at UFC 314 and defeated Michael Chandler about a knockout in the third round. In the Octagon interview with Joe Rogan, Pimblett Charles Oliveira, Dustin Poirier, Justin Gaethje and Arman Tsarukyan called out.

Interestingly, “The Diamond” does not believe the best Matchup for Pimblett.

“For me as a fan, put him in with Dan Hooker,” said Poirier. “That would be an incredible fight. You know, that’s a fun fight.”

“The structure will be fun. Dan will stand and act with him. Dan has a good defense of the takedown and is good on site. That’s the fight, I think,” said Poirier in an interview with Mike Bohn for MMA Junkie.

Poirier had fought against hookers in the main event of UFC Vegas 4 and won over unanimous decisions. “The Diamond” prevailed in a blood-and-mouse war, although he was 2-0 in all three judges after the second round. The fight won the “Fight of the Night” bonus and was also in the race to win the “Fight of the Year” Prize of the UFC.

Hooker should recently fight Gaethje at UFC 313. Unfortunately, a hand injury forced his withdrawal. Rafael Fiziev replaced him at short notice and lost the fight with a unanimous decision.
