Nashville, Tenn. (WTVF)-The public prosecutor’s office of the federal prosecutor said that they had evidence that the head of the Stab of the then house spokesman Glen Casada invented evidence that was used in 2019 to detain a young black activist.

But Jones had the original e -mail. The real date, February 25, was before his arrest.

When New Schannel 5 tried to get answers from Casada, he claimed to be in the dark.

“I don’t know about it,” he replied.

And Cothren refused to say when we pushed him for an explanation.

Among the discrepancies we discovered, the date appeared in the real e -mail in the second line. In Cothren’s picture, however, the wrong date appeared under the e -mail addresses.

A special prosecutor who had checked the allegations of the e -mail, Craig Northcutt from Coffee County, faced his own controversy.

Northcutt was asked about an open court about the e -mail and said he had not found any misconduct.

Instead, he accused the media.

“I can’t help the misinformation and honestly lie lies that have been spread by the media in this area. I can’t change that,” said Northcutt.
