Laurel Libby, the MP Maine’s MP, said on Monday that she would appeal to the Supreme Court against emergency interventions after the legislator had held her via a social media post about a transgender athlete.

The Republican legislature will ask the Supreme Court to correct a decision by the Federal Court of Appeal, which decided against Libby in their pursuit of an injunction to prevent the sanction.

“For over 60 days, my voters have not made a say in any measures in their government who have a direct impact on their lives,” said Libby in an explanation on Monday. “Every coordination on the ground of the legislator is a vote that my voters cannot come back, the good people in our district were silenced and disenfranchised.

“We are confident that the court will act quickly in order to stop the persistent violation of the constitution and the oppression of different voices by the Democrats, even if the broader case continues during the appeal procedure.”

The democratic majority of the state agreed to write to Zentörden to write a social media post, in which a transthlete of the girl was entered in February. “Our call call calls on the court to correct this abuse of power and to confirm that the legislative cannot use procedural maneuvers and that the requirements of immunity thereby distancing voices apart from the implementation of voices and arouses of whole communities,” Libby told Fox News Digital in a statement to Fox News Digital.

“I will remain optimistic that the court will recognize what is clearly at stake: the integrity of the representative government and the fundamental principle that no chosen civil servant, no legislative leader and no partisan majority is above the constitution. The people of the House District 90 deserves complete representation, and we intend to restore this right.”

Libby represents 9,000 components in the 90th district of Maine and has not been able to speak or coordinate in her name in the state legislative for two months.

Dubose said in her decision that the sanction “has no such unusual character to delete the impressive sign that the courts presented to the legislative acts.”
