Community Board 1 will hold a land use committee meeting this week

STATEN ISLAND, NY – While Community Boards 2 and 3 have no public meetings scheduled this week, Community Board 1 will hold a virtual meeting of its Land Use Committee on Tuesday, December 3rd.

At the 6:30 p.m. meeting, members will discuss a development application seeking planning permission to modify a steep slope buffer to facilitate the construction of a new driveway on Signal Hill Road. The existing home is located in the Special Hillside Preservation District.
