68-year-old Georgia man arrested in murder case

The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office has arrested 68-year-old Earnest Parkman of Augusta in connection with the murder of 39-year-old Ruben Johnson, also of Augusta.

Authorities have also obtained arrest warrants for 21-year-old Jermaine Williams, who remains hospitalized for injuries sustained in the shooting on Amli Way.
