How to get Big Ten Championship tickets for Penn State vs. Oregon

(WHTM) – The No. 4 ranked Nittany Lions travel to Indianapolis to face the No. 1 Oregon Ducks in the Big Ten Championship.

This is the first time the Nittany Lions have been back to the Big Ten Championship since their win over Wisconsin in 2016.

If you’re planning on making the trip to Lucas Oil Stadium on December 7th, here’s what you need to know.

According to the Big Ten, tickets can be purchased through Ticketmaster with prices ranging from $72 to $210 depending on seat.

Each Ticketmaster order is limited to four tickets. While Penn State’s ticket allocation for the game has sold out, general public tickets are still available on Ticketmaster.

The Big Ten says a championship game ticket provides free admission to the Big Ten Fan Fest at the Indiana Convention Center on Friday and Saturday, Dec. 6-7. Tickets also get you access to the inaugural Big Ten Takedown: Illinois vs. Indiana Wrestling Dual on Friday, December 6th.

Fans may also have the option to purchase tickets on third party websites or through the school. Announcements for student tickets are expected to be announced at a later date.

Kickoff is set for 8 p.m. against the undefeated Ducks.

Penn State punched its ticket to the Big Ten Championship with a 44-7 win over Maryland on Saturday. They benefited from Michigan’s upset over Ohio State earlier in the day.

Penn State hasn’t played Oregon since the 1995 Rose Bowl and has a 3-1 record overall against its new Big Ten opponent since 1960.

Penn State football fans will get closer to the team than ever this fall with Nittany Nation & Nittany Insiders. Every Saturday, the preview show breaks down Penn State’s matchup and highlights players looking to make an impact on and off the field.

Airing every Saturday at 11:30 a.m. starting Saturday during the Nittany Lions football season, Nittany Nation features interviews and insight you can only see here.
