Live Updates: Washington Capitals vs. New Jersey Devils at Prudential Center

Just over 24 hours after a 5-4 (OT) win over the New York Islanders, the Washington Capitals return for their back-to-back holiday weekend against the New Jersey Devils jersey.

The Capitals are 1-2-0 against the Devils this season and were outscored 13-11. So far this year, no home team has won in this series.

Spencer Carbery has some changes for tonight. Connor McMichael in particular will make it to the top. Charlie Lindgren will return to the net for the first time since leaving the Tuck.

The Capitals-Islanders game will be broadcast on Monumental Sports Network. Joe Beninati and Craig Laughlin have the call. Puck drop occurs shortly after 7:00 p.m.

After an incredible shot into the net by Hendrix Lapierre, he finds Andrew Mangiapane wide open in the slot. After Mangiapane’s first shot was stopped by Jake Allen, he finished with the rebound.
