According to bustle stretch, SURSS appreciate an additional day

Reton – After a strict start to the season, in which they played eight games in 25 days, the Seattle Sunders finally had to take a few days off. They returned to training on Wednesday, refreshed from a three -day break and ready to fight the next phase of their season.

“I think the days off became mentally necessary as physically,” said the midfielder of Sourers, Albert Rusnák, and only added half of the joke that he thought he had spent more time in hotels last month than at home. “I hope it helped everyone. I have the feeling that everyone got a little in and had an additional step today.”

The SUNDERS will now have three consecutive training days before the match on Saturday against the Houston Dynamo, for the first time that they have been doing this since the beginning of the season on February 19.

Ferreira will run more in 9th place

At his first start at number 9, Jesús Ferreira did not take a precisely illuminated manner, but the head coach of SUNDER, Brian Schmetzer, stated that he is inclined to be patient. He noticed that Ferreira took several good runs, which remained unpainted and interpreted the moments of frustration as a sign that his player was engaged.

Schmetzer also revealed that part of why Ferreira has played more so far is that he had a minute restriction.

“The stretching of three games in seven days threw us all for a loop,” said Schmetzer. “Maybe we were a little gun shy because we didn’t want a third man to be injured after three games in a row.

“There are some interesting things for sports science.

Availability update

For the first time since the beginning of the season, the rest of the squad in training started Centerback Kim Kee-Hee and midfielder Reed Baker-Whiting. Kim has been working in fitness since then about a month ago, while Baker-Whiting has recovered from a thigh injury.

“They are close,” said Schmetzer. “I doubt that we will get them for Houston, but I expect both to be available for San Jose.”
