The first round of the rain seems to move early Tuesday morning. It could be cold enough in the higher locations of the mountains to see a winter mix. The valleys will see a cold rain with temperatures in the low 40s. This round could have embedded areas with heavier rain. The second and third rounds seem to move through Wednesday and then early Thursday morning. These repeated rounds with potentially heavy rain can lead to falling floods and even a slight flood of river.
