Agents from ADOC’s Law Enforcement Services Division (LESD), with the assistance of K9 and Security Threat Group personnel, arrested Jarett on drug trafficking-related charges. Jarett faces multiple charges, including conspiracy to traffic methamphetamine, using position for personal gain and promoting prison contraband. She was transported to the Elmore County Detention Center for processing and is being held there on $1.5 million bond.

“LESD agents were able to gather vital information that led to their arrest,” the ADOC said, adding that it is “committed to maintaining security at its facilities and maintaining the highest standards for its employees.”

The ADOC investigation is ongoing and additional charges are possible.
