Allied Universal acquires Aim Insurance, expanding ProAdjuster services in Australia

Aim Insurance Services will join Allied Universal’s insurance claims investigation and compliance division

IRVINE, Calif. – Allied Universal, a global provider of security and facilities services, today announced the acquisition of Aim Insurance Services, a provider of property damage claims services across Australia.

Aim Insurance Services will become part of Allied Universal Compliance and Investigations’ global claims services business unit.

“This acquisition is consistent with Allied Universal’s growth strategy and commitment to providing comprehensive claims support services to insurers and third-party administrators worldwide,” said Steve Jones, global chairman and CEO of Allied Universal, in the joint announcement.

“As we continue to expand our presence internationally, the acquisition of this market-leading business increases the value of the insurance claims services we offer to the customers and communities we serve in Australia,” he says.

Aim Insurance Services provides policyholders with industry-leading insurance claims services with the goal of maintaining and improving relationships between the insurer, the insured and brokers.

Between 2022 and 2024, Allied Universal completed 24 acquisitions – 15 in North America and nine internationally. In 2021, Allied Universal acquired 10 companies including G4S.
