An iheartmedia Board shift is in progress

A member of the board of directors iheartmedia will complete its service, as a SEC registration shows. Who will be successful Brad Gerstner? This is due to the shareholders to decide on the annual shareholder meeting of the company on May 13th.

Gerstner, the founder and CEO of Altimeter Capital, has been a member of the board since 2019. Gerstner’s departure is attributed to increasing professional and philanthropic obligations.

Speaking of Millard, Pittman said: “We appreciate the opportunity to bring Bob to his wide range of experience through business, financial and strategic planning to the iheart board. We believe that his critical thinking and knowledge in combination with his many years of experience as an investor will contribute important and unique advantages for our company and our shareholders and the positioning of IHEAR for continuous growth will be able.”

It will be known in six weeks whether the shareholders agree or not.
