Notice is hereby given that on NOVEMBER 8, 2024, TERRY HUGHES, 1496 N. THEOBALD STREET, GREENVILLE, MS 38701, filed applications for permit(s) to divert or withdraw the public water of the State of Mississippi. for the beneficial use for IRRIGATION purposes from the alluvium of the Mississippi River, subject to existing rights, the following amount(s) of water. Specified locations: Application no. GW-53075, 75 Acres, WASHINGTON County, Location: SE 1/4 of NW 1/4 SEC 30 T 19N R 09W.
