Apple and Amazon beat Spotify to the short end: Here’s how to get your annual music reviews now

Spotify Wrapped is arguably the most popular way to share your annual music listening habits, but it’s not the only game out there. Apple and Amazon have overtaken Spotify this year by releasing their own annual music reviews this week.

Apple Music Replay displays a full-screen slideshow of your most listened to artists, songs, and podcasts in 2024. It may also show you how many minutes of audio you’ve listened to in the app and reveal your longest “listening streak.” ” among other things.

If you use Apple Music, you can now watch your 2024 Replay on Apple’s dedicated page, but it’s also available in the app.

Amazon Music is also launching its own version of its annual audio recaps, “Delivered,” on Tuesday. It shows you all the Amazon Music songs, artists and podcasts you liked the most. And Amazon says some Alexa-enabled devices may deliver a special surprise message from one of their favorite artists. Spotify has also done this in the past; When you binge listen to a particular artist, they record a voice message for their biggest fans.

Delivered is now available in the Amazon Music apps. Going to your library page and tapping the “Delivered in 2024” banner will open your custom Amazon Music year-end summary. You can also view your Top Songs of 2024 playlist or ask your Alexa device to play it.
