Saunders is currently fourth in the Big 12 game at 17.6 points per game. It is also number 1 while Big 12 action in the 3-point field target percentage of 45.7%. Saunders put down 42 of his 92 three -point tests during the conference action.

In the first meeting against the state of Arizona, Saunders scored a career high of 30 points at the Sun Devils.
