The state of Oregon opens its 2025 slate Friday when Xavier took over against Xavier in surprise, Ariz. The first pitch in the Surprise Stadium is planned for 11 a.m. PT (noon in Arizona).

Last season
Oregon State ended the 2024 season with an overall record of 45-16 and rose to the ninth NCAA Super Regional in the program. Travis Bazzana Put on the OSU single season record with 28 Home Runs when the beavers set up the team’s individual annual record with 118. Gavin Turley Had 19 of his own homes. Bazzana, Turley, Aiden MayPresent Jacob kmatz And Bridger Holmes were called all-Americans. Bazzana later went overall in Cleveland, the second selection of beavers in the MLB design of the beavers.

Oregon State Notables
• The start of the Beavers marks the first of eleven games as a result of at home to open the season. This is the longest start to a season since 2016 when the beavers were surprised and in San Diego 10: 1 in 11 games.

• The 118 Homeruns of the team last season easily broke out the one-season mark of 89 in 2023. This record had broken OSU’s record of 67 in 2018.
• Oregon State tied the record of the 2018 club for runs at 518.
• The Beavers beat in 2024 .551 as a team. It is the first time that OSU improved the record of 0.497 in 1997.
• The OSU is 35-12 in neutral games under Canham. The beavers were 9-2 last season in the neutral site matchups.
• The four games in surprise mark the first of 16 in MLB or MILB caliber stages for OSU this year. The beavers also play four games in Round Rock (Triple-A), three in Arlington (MLB), three in the Moines (Triple-A) and two in Hillsboro (Single-A).
• Oregon State wants to win for the 84th time in 116 opening days. The beavers are on the opening days under Canham 3-2.
• Oregon State returns 19 letters from the club last season. Turley is the lonely all-American.
• The 2025 Beavers should only play 20 games at home, the fewest since the 2004 season, since the Oregon State Team went 9: 11.
