Baby Evelyn Mord Trial: Disruptive exhibits and important players

Bolterville, Tenn. (Court TV/AP) -Megan Boswell will be compared to 20 charges because of the death of her 15-month-old daughter Evelyn Mae Boswell. The toddler, which had not been seen since December 2019, was reported as missing in February 2020. Her remains were found weeks later in a Megan’s grandfather’s shed.

The public prosecutor told the jury that the accused murdered her daughter by suffocating her and putting her in a dash can. The defense told the jury that Boswell had not murdered her daughter and her actions were not criminal when she hid Evelyn’s remains.

The following exhibits include crime scene photos, exhibitions in the courtroom and important witnesses in Megan Boswell’s process.

Muddy Creek ownership

The special agent of Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, Brian Fraley Sr., the senior investigator in the case, described the search for Baby Evelyn and found its remains in Megan’s former playhouse, a Brown shed on the Muddy Creek property.

This supporter of Sugar Hollow Road was made available by Megan’s father Tommy as a residence (rental -free) for Megan and Evelyn. Megan pulled out of Tommy’s place when Tommy, as Tommy reported at the stand, continued a continued disagreement about Megan’s obligation to clean her room, “caused problems between me and her”.

Exhibitions of the courtroom

Former TBI agent David Gratz showed that the jury evidence that was recovered from the trashcan in which Baby Evelyn’s body was found.

The Trashcan, in which Baby Evelyn was, was presented in court. The black gap comes from the laboratory in Nashville, with which fingerprints were identified.

Aluminum film was found in the trash, which was wrapped around Baby Evelyn’s head.

Keith Weiss, news leader for WCYB TV, testifies to an interview that he led with Megan Boswell, which took place on February 21, 2020.

Ethan Perry, another ex-boyfriend of Megan, said he was the father when he found out that Megan was pregnant. Perry worked with the authorities and it was found that Perry was not Evelyn’s father.

Megan’s father, Tommy Boswell Sr., appeared in one of the interviews. “Don’t be angry with me when I say that, but I don’t think you say the truth,” he said to Megan and bend her to stop her “bullshit”.

Sue Whitson Babysat Evelyn 3 or 4 times. She is the sister of Gail, who was Megan’s foster mother for four months. Sue said when she Evelyn Babyscase, she was dirty and smelled of urine and she would swim and clean her up. Megan wrote an SMS that she was in a custody battle with her “Baby Daddy”.

Megan Boswell’s former friend, Katelyn Carter, remembered eating with Megan Evelyn; She said Evelyn was dirty and she could smell her ripple.

Bailey Hawkins said that she had known Megan Boswell since her youth. She said that on February 22nd to 23rd 2020 she got a hotel room for Megan.

Erica Stacy, whose son dated Megan, recalled that Megan Baby Evelyn called “mean as Sh*t”. Stacy also found it strange that Megan appeared more often than Baby Evelyn Places.
