BC Amber Alert: Theodore Lim kidnapped in Vancouver

Update: The Amber alarm was canceled. The child is safe and a suspect was taken into custody.

For the 2-year-old Theodore Lim, an amber in British Columbia Amber was exhibited after he was allegedly kidnapped by his father in Vancouver, the local officials say. Everyone with information is asked to call 911 immediately.

The incident occurred on Thursday at 10:40 a.m., when Theodore, according to Amber Alert, was said to be taken outside of the West Coast Family Center on the East Broadway in the Kaslo Street in East Vancouver.

The investigators believe that Theodore was kidnapped by his father, the 39-year-old Davis Lim, and most recently saw how they ran west on Broadway from Kaslo Street.

“Theodore has an illness and needs a ventilation device, but it is currently without a piece of ventilation device and can go into medical stress,” said the police. The ventilator is a 12 × 12-inch box with a device that is on Theodores face.

It is believed that Theodore is together with Davis Lim and two female siblings aged 8 and 11.

Lim has access to a black BMW X5 from 2010 with the BC number 324VCH and a Blue 2006 Volkswagen Jetta with the BC license plate 325vch. You can travel together in one of these vehicles.

Theodore is described as a 2-year-old man from Asian and Caucasian descent with brown hair that stands 2 feet high and weigh 35 pounds. He was last seen how he wore a gray striped T-shirt, gray pants and black shoes with white soles.

Davis Lim is described as a 39-year-old Asian man with black hair and brown eyes, who are 5 feet of 9 inches tall and weigh £ 150. He was last seen how he wore a green T-shirt with a white logo, black pants and black shoes.

Everyone who sees Theodore, Davis or one of the suspicious vehicles is asked to call 911 immediately or call the Vancouver police if they have other information that could help the investigators in their search.
