Bengals front office member Trey Brown lands second GM interview with New York

CINCINNATI – A portion of the Bengals’ front office is gaining more ground for an open general manager position. According to Jonathan Jones of CBS Sports, the New York Jets have requested a second interview with Trey Brown, the Bengals’ senior personnel manager, for their open general manager position.

They are also extending a second interview with Denver Broncos assistant general manager Darren Mougey and already had one with Commanders AGM Lance Newmark.

Brown is essentially Duke Tobin’s right-hand man and has received a plethora of GM looks in recent years. He joined the Bengals’ front office in 2021.
