Big ten basketball tournament bracket -projection update

Almost a full week before the first round of the Big Ten tournament. In many ways, the event marks the real start of the off -season of College basketball.

It is still to be decided before the bracket is unveiled. The two-team race around the conference race will probably be the last day of the regular season on Sunday, March 9th. In the meantime, the rest of the conference fights for the positioning of big ten and for the NCAA tournament. Unlike in previous years, there is even a race at the end of the 18-team conference to create the 15-team tournament field.

Michigan/Illinois/Ohio State/USC against Maryland/UCLA/Minnesota/Northwestern

The winner of the two listed games will meet in the final on Sunday, March 16. This game will precede the unveiling of the NCAA tournament bracket.
