Bills at Rams: Nobody ruled this out before Week 14

The Buffalo Bills will travel west tomorrow as they have a date with the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday afternoon. As the Bills wrapped up their Week 14 practice, they announced that three players from their active roster would enter the weekend with questionable game-day designations.

The good news is that one of them isn’t safety Taylor Rapp. The even better news is that no one has been ruled out for Sunday’s game yet. Here’s a look at the week’s official final report.

For rookie wide receiver Keon Coleman, it’s his second questionable appointment in a row. Unfortunately, Coleman was still wearing a red non-contact jersey at practice on Friday. However, he did make catches and worked with both quarterback Josh Allen and the Bills’ wide receiver corps. It’s very likely that we won’t know whether Coleman will put on his pads or not until 90 minutes before the game starts.

Tight end Dalton Kincaid hasn’t worn a red jersey for two days. However, he was still classified as a restricted participant in training and is now questionable for Sunday. Long flights can cause swelling, so it may be a case of waiting to see how your knee looks after the team arrives in Los Angeles.

There’s a good chance that either Kincaid or Quintin Morris will take a day off this weekend. Although Morris was fully involved on Friday, he is dealing with more than one injury. Additionally, Buffalo can call up tight end Zach Davidson from the practice squad one more time this season, so it is not a “must” that both Morris and Kincaid be active.

Additionally, Buffalo listed rookie defensive tackle DeWayne Carter and rookie offensive tackle Tylan Grable as questionable. Both are still on injured reserve (IR), but are on day 10 of their 21-day training window. Last week, Carter was questionable, while Grable was ruled out Friday but ultimately didn’t get the green light.

In order for either of these two players to play, the Bills will need to clear space on their active roster, as it currently stands at 53. If there is no movement on the roster by Saturday night, expect both Carter and Grable to be demoted and out on Sunday. Buffalo has until December 17th to make a final decision on how this pair will finish their season.

As for the host team on Sunday, the Rams still have a few hours left before they end practice and make an announcement. However, they only have three players who missed any part of practice this week: offensive tackle Alaric Jackson, wide receiver Damarcus Robinson and linebacker Jared Verse.

Jackson is dealing with a foot injury that kept him from practice on Wednesday and limited him on Thursday. Robinson was limited on Wednesday due to a hand injury he suffered in last week’s win over the New Orleans Saints. However, the nine-year-old was a full participant just one day later. Verse, on the other hand, started the week healthy before being limited on Thursday due to an ankle injury sustained during practice.
