Bowflex adjustable dumbbells are still available at Black Friday prices

Bowflex is known for its high-quality cardio equipment, but not all of them have room for a giant treadmill or elliptical machine. Why is this a good offer? 💬

According to our records, this is the lowest level since the beginning of the year. Still think they are a bit expensive? Consider this: You’re getting the equivalent of six kettlebells and 15 sets of dumbbells. This not only saves you space, but also a lot of money. Skipping the gym membership to work out at home will save you even more money.

Why do I need these? 🤔

Let’s start with the dumbbells. They adapt to the needs of everyone in your home (and keep pace as you build up your strength). They can be as light as 5 pounds and as heavy as 52.5 pounds; You can fine-tune it in 2.5-pound increments for the first 25 pounds and in 5-pound increments thereafter. As for the kettlebell, it’s like having six kettlebells in one. Once seated in its base, simply turn the dial to one of six desired weights from 8 pounds to 40 pounds.

Both the dumbbells and kettlebell include two months of free access to instructor-led exercises – swings, rows, squats, twists – for a total-body workout, as well as tips to improve your form via the Bowflex JRNY app. Bowflex offers a two-year warranty on the weight plates and parts.

What reviewers say 💬

Amazon buyers are sweating: the dumbbells have 19,000 five-star reviews, and the kettlebell even has over 6,000.

Advantages 👍

One loyal dumbbell user wrote: “I bought a set of Bowflex dumbbells in 2012 and still use them. They have never jammed or malfunctioned. They’re smooth and easy to customize… They’re expensive, but I’m thinking about it.” A good investment because of the quality. My son was impressed with my set and bought a set for his apartment.

“I’ve used a lot of equipment over the years – adjustable dumbbells of all kinds. To this day, these are the best I’ve ever used. They are also undoubtedly the most expensive, but you get what you pay for,” shared another shopper. “The plastic stands in the photo come with the dumbbells and are good for setting up as they hold the weights you are not using. For example, if you select 35 pounds, the remaining weights of the dumbbell will be included.” Sit firmly in the base while you do your workout – then everything will snap right back into place when you put it down. Super practical, not cumbersome and easy to use.

As for the kettlebell, one shopper said: “If you want different weights in your kettlebells and want to save some space, this works really well. I’ve had it for four years and it still works well. It is built to last and be used.”

“I was very nervous about spending so much money on a kettlebell because I didn’t know how well it would perform or last. I’m so glad I took the plunge and pampered myself!” shared another. “I love being able to easily switch weights and move from one exercise to the next, and I don’t need multiple kettlebells. I would definitely recommend getting these for your home gym!”

Disadvantages 👎

Some people said the dumbbells are big no matter how much weight you put on them, so it takes a little time to adjust. Others said they wished the kettlebell offered a wider weight range.

One four-star dumbbell reviewer said: “Because they are adjustable, they are very wide, so for certain exercises you can’t place your hands very close together, creating an odd angle. Of course that’s possible too.” You shouldn’t really hold the ends tightly as the adjustable wheel would end up messed up. So you just have to make sure that your training only includes movements that require holding onto the actual grip.”

“The only downside is its length, although I quickly got used to it and can easily do skull crushers with it,” another reviewer added.

“Adjusting the weight is easy and seamless. It’s perfect for quick, effective workouts throughout the week,” wrote one kettlebell user. “I wish the product had at least a higher maximum weight of 50 pounds, but 40 would be enough.”
