Cameras will not be allowed in the courtroom when the man convicted in the Delphi murder case is sentenced. The special judge rejected a request from local media to record Richard Allen’s sentencing hearing. Allen was convicted last month of four counts of murder in the February 2017 deaths of Abby Williams and Libby German.
