A car was smashed after crashing into a BP gas station, causing a vehicle fire and a power outage in Roselawn. The accident occurred around midnight Monday near the intersection of East Seymour Avenue and Langdon Farm Road. The vehicle also crashed into a pole that was connected to power lines. Several street lights and traffic lights lost power. It is unknown how long the power outage will last. The car caused no damage to the building, but the vehicle caught fire after the accident. The fire department was able to put out the fire before it spread to the building. It is not known whether anyone was injured. The person driving the car reportedly fled the scene.
