Cardi B was announced as host for WWE Summerlam 2025 in the Metlife Stadium in Video

Cardi B is organizing this summer at the Metlife Stadium WWE Summerslam.

The rapper announced the news in a video that was shared by WWE on Friday evening.

The 38th annual Summerslam will take place on Saturday, August 2 and Sunday, August 3.

Cardi B teased her participation in Summerlam in September in September in a promo with Bianca Belair, who previously expressed a “day team or a partnership” with the rapper.

The two unveiled that the event in East Rutherford, New Jersey, would do the first two-night summer slam in WWE history.

Wrestlemania has been an event with two nights since Wrestlemania 36 in 2020.

According to reports, the WWE hoped to see Cardi B in the edition of Summerlam 2021, but according to Fightful Select, its appearance was delayed by her pregnancy this year (H/T soon came from Ojas Kulkarni from H/T, which soon came.)

The Summerlam 2024 took place in Cleveland, Ohio, in Huntington Bank Field, who was then known as Cleveland Browns Stadium. The event was emphasized by Roman Reigns and Liv Morgan’s WWE return, which defended the Women’s World Cup against Rhea Ripley.

According to WWE, the event was 57,719 fans and set up a WWE record for the number of visitors outside of Wrestlemania.

The WWE could hope to surpass this sum in Metlife in 2025, where Wrestlemania 35 2019 emphasized a sold -out amount of 82,265 fans per WWE.
