Carriage arrangements for Memphis Pastor Ricky Floyd determined after shooting

The funeral of Pastor Ricky Floyd will be held on March 28, said the striving for Gottkirche in a Facebook announcement.

According to legal documents, this argument was moving outside the bar where Floyd Samantha Marion’s phone and a beer can thrown. Marion is one of the people with whom Floyd has argued according to an affidavit from the police.

Floyd then drove away.

“Marion goes into the street and seems to pick up his vehicle with her cell phone,” continued the affidavit. “Floyd stops his vehicle, leaves and goes towards Marion. Smith is seen how Smith is between himself and falls between Marion and Floyd. Video shows Marion, who approaches Marion to Floyd, who begins to go backwards. When he pulls back, he falls on the floor and does not get up again afterwards.”

A witness of the argument “advised Marion to take Floyd onto the street.”

The 42 -year -old Marion was arrested and charged with voluntary homicide. She was not guilty of the indictment in court. She could have up to 30 years in prison if she was convicted.

“According to the law, a voluntary homicide is a kind of murder that is committed in the heat of passion in which there is an appropriate provocation,” said Steve Mulroy, district lawyer of Shelby County, and explains that after this first hearing on March 13, Marion is charged.

The day on which Floyd was confirmed as a victim of the shootout demanded an end to the gun violence and remembered Floyd as “Hope of Hope” in Frayser.
