Jocelyn Wildenstein and her fiancé Lloyd Klein enjoyed a glamorous dinner date in the City of Love.

The couple were spotted arriving at the chic five-star Ritz Paris hotel for dinner in the French capital on Wednesday.

And the duo was well dressed for the occasion.

The 84-year-old Swiss socialite, nicknamed Catwoman for her feline looks, wore a chic coat with leather fringes and an all-black look.

Even though it was already dark, she and Lloyd, 57, hid their gaze behind sunglasses.

Her loved one wore an elegant midnight blue suit paired with a white button down and a Gucci belt.

He lovingly held her hand as they approached the glamorous eatery, and the duo stopped at one point to greet a friend.

The outing comes after Jocelyn claimed she has “never had plastic surgery and hates Botox” – after years of claiming her dramatic transformation was natural.

And she reiterated that claim in an interview with The Sun last month, explaining that not only has she not been working, but she also doesn’t like Botox and that fillers cause her to swell.

She said: “I haven’t had any plastic surgery, I’m scared of what can happen and I don’t like having anything heavy, sometimes it’s a bit heavy and terrible.”

Jocelyne also said she has never had fillers and revealed that friends of hers were unhappy with them.

“I don’t like the Botox,” she added. “Everyone reacts to it differently.” I’ve only had Botox twice. I don’t know if I’m allergic, but when I had them I didn’t feel well.

“It wasn’t a good result, my face is swollen.”

She regularly shocks her fans when she shares stunning throwback photos that showcase her beauty.

Jocelyn rose to fame in the ’90s during her high-profile divorce from art dealer Alec Wildenstein — and according to a 1998 Vanity Fair article, the two reportedly received a joint eye lift after just a year of marriage.

In the same VF story, friends mused that she was trying to look more feline and like a “jungle cat” as she and her then-husband were both fascinated by the creatures.

At the time, Alec accused: “She thought she could fix her face like a piece of furniture.” That’s not how skin works. But she wouldn’t listen.’

She has frequently denied doing her job over the years, telling DailyMail.com in 2018: “I’ve always looked like Brigitte Bardot.”

Utah-based Dr. Jerry Chidester or “Dr. “Chiddy” addressed the claims that she had her work cut out for her and explained the procedures Jocelyn may have had to undergo – as well as possible complications.

“If a patient undergoes multiple or excessive procedures, especially on the face, this can lead to complications that can have both physical and psychological effects in the short and long term,” warned Dr. Chiddy.

Although Dr. While Chiddy hasn’t treated her personally, based on her visible change, he suspects she may have had repeated facelifts, as well as eyelid surgeries also called blepharoplasties, cheek and chin implants, and repeated dermal filler injections.

“These repeated changes can eventually disrupt a person’s natural facial proportions, as evidenced by their early photos before plastic surgery,” said Dr. Chiddy.

“In addition, each of these procedures carries its own risks, and performing them repeatedly or in combination can increase these risks and impact both overall appearance and health.”

“While advances in plastic surgery have made incredible changes possible, it is important to recognize limitations and respect the body’s natural structures to avoid complications,” said Dr. Chiddy.

He explained that his job as a surgeon was not only to “improve treatment, but also to provide responsible advice and ensure that patients understand the long-term effects of any procedure.”
