Cincinnati Bengals Fire Defensive Coordinator Lou Anarumo

CINCINNATI – The Bengals fired defensive coordinator Lou Anarumo on Monday, sources confirmed. The news was first reported by Dianna Russini of The Athletic.

Sources confirm that the Bengals are also firing linebackers coach James Bettcher and defensive line coach Marion Hobby.

Anarumo has been part of the Bengals team since 2019. He is a highly respected coach, but internally they felt it was time for a change.

The same applies to Bettcher and Hobby. It was time for a change.
