‘Cobra Kai’ Season 6 Part 3 Sets Date and Teaser for Netflix Premiere

“That’s what all led to.”

The final five episodes of “Cobra Kai” will debut on Netflix on February 13th.

A short trailer for Season 6, Part 3 teases “four decades of history that have all led to this moment” as “Miyagi-Do and Cobra Kai must reckon with their past while facing an uncertain future on and off the mat.” .”

The finale of “Cobra Kai” picks up four decades since the 1984 All Valley Karate Tournament in the original “Karate Kid,” where Daniel LaRusso (Ralph Macchio) faced off against Johnny Lawrence (William Zabka) and earned a victory.

Told from Johnny’s perspective, “Cobra Kai” explores his relationship with Daniel years after “The Karate Kid,” when both men run rival dojos. The cast also includes Martin Kove, Thomas Ian Griffith, Xolo Maridueña, Jacob Bertrand, Mary Mouser and Tanner Buchanan. Rounding out the ensemble are Peyton List, Gianni Decenzo, Courtney Henggeler, Vanessa Rubio, Dallas Dupree Young, Yuji Okumoto, Alicia Hannah-Kim, Griffin Santopietro, Oona O’Brien, Rayna Vallandingham, Patrick Luwis and Lewis Tan.

The first part of the sixth season of “Cobra Kai” started in July 2024, followed by five new episodes in November. A new “Karate Kid” film, “Karate Kid: Legends,” starring Macchio and Jackie Chan, will premiere in theaters on May 30.

“Cobra Kai” was written and executive produced by Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg through their Counterbalance Entertainment banner. Will Smith, James Lassiter and Caleeb Pinkett serve as executive producers for Westbrook Studios along with Susan Ekins in association with Sony Pictures Television. Macchio and Zabka also serve as executive producers.
