Almost two years later, criminal proceedings against the shooter seem to come to the conclusion.

Clay County’s public prosecutor announced that 86-year-old Andrew Lester will be released in the afternoon on Friday, February 14th. His process should begin on Tuesday, February 18.

The AP reported on Thursday that two familiar sources shared the reporters that Lester would guilty on Friday. On Thursday, the prosecutors said Lester appeared in court on Friday, but they didn’t say why.
