“Do not mention the mud balls”: Jordan Spieth shows at the Masters Censursurship | The master

Jordan Spieth has proposed that the organizers of the masters turn the censorship of competitors in relation to a golf doctor: mud balls.

Spieth, the Champion of Augusta National in 2015, only plays for one place in 2025 after a third round of 69 has risen him on one. This marked Spieth’s best round of these masters by four, but the Texan cut a frustrated figure. If mud is attached to a ball, a regular master and mainly affected by drives to drive.

“My game of iron has killed me in the past two days and to be brutally honest with them, it was primarily mud balls,” said Spieth. “It is just so frustrating because you cannot talk about you here. You shouldn’t talk about you. Silk balls can affect this tournament considerably, especially if you get them a lot on 11 and 13. They are only daggers on these two holes.

“There are less than normal, but I still had them on these holes today. I had them on these holes yesterday. It is something that you will definitely draw attention to for LEADER groups because you are simply removed from difficulties or do you normally get involved, only random things, because it will have a significant impact, and if they are on the wrong side of the hole.

“Look, it is mowed into the grain. The ball digs up in every shot. Often they have it to 75% of their drives.”

Spieth properly repeated his conviction that this topic is taboo in relation to the green jackets. The members of Augusta National are violently protected for their sincerely lawn. “Obviously, the lower you hit, the less chance,” added Spieth. “But everyone has to deal with it. The fact that they shouldn’t talk about it is a bit frustrating because it is a difference.

Spieth is not the first top -class golfer to increase the problem of the mud ball. Sergio García apologized in 2009 after his own criticism of the Masters. “Even if it is dry, you still get mud balls in the middle of the Fairway,” said the Spaniard. “It’s too much installment game.”
