Dozens of arrested in Philadelphia after Eagles won the Super Bowl: Police

Dozens of people were arrested in Philadelphia after the fans had taken to the streets to celebrate the Eagles Super Bowl victory, the police said.

The police in Philadelphia reported almost 50 arrested on Sunday after the Eagles victory against the Kansas City Chiefs in New Orleans.

The authorities said that five people were arrested for the police for assault. There were also two arrests for serious bodily harm, a ruthless endangered and one because of an disordered behavior of the offense in the third degree, the police said.

In addition, the police said that 29 people were arrested for disorganized behavior and code violations were issued.

There were eight arrests for vandalism incidents, including four urban hygiene, two banks and two retail stores, the police said. The companies were all in the Center City on Walnut Street.

In the middle of the rough celebrations, fans were captured to pass a dilapidated traffic light rod on a packed road, and a large fire was seen near an intersection.

The Super Bowl Victory celebrations will continue on Friday when the city organizes the parade to mark the commanding 40-22 victory of the Eagles against the chiefs.

The police also reported as disorganized behavior and other incidents after the Eagles won the NFC championship game in Philadelphia on January 26, which they sent to the Super Bowl.

Thirty -one people received quotes for disorganized behavior or failure to dispel themselves, the police said at that time.

Two shootings, a jump -off and a car accident in which several pedestrians were injured were also part of several “important” incidents that reported among the NFC championship celebrations, the police said.

Tragically, an 18-year-old student of Temple University died after he had fallen from a light mast while celebrating the victory, official said.
