Dublin Comic Con Spring Edition announced Rick and Morty star Chris Parnell for 2025

Dublin Comic Con continues its guest announcements with the addition of another Rick and Morty star, also known for a number of other cult series: Chris Parnell!

The 57-year-old will be heading to Dublin this March for the Spring 2025 edition, where geeks from across the country (and the world) will descend on the convention center to meet friends and their favorite stars.

In the hit Adult Swim series, Parnell primarily plays the role of Jerry Smith, who is constantly belittled by his father-in-law (and the rest of his family), but is also known as a cast member on the hit sketch show, Saturday Night Live.

People don’t just know Chris’ voice from Rick and Morty, the comedian has also had roles in films like Family Guy, American Dad, Nature Cat and My Adventures with Superman.

Before taking on the role of Jerry Smith, Parnell was probably best known for his work in Archer as Cyril Figgis, as well as several other minor characters in the series.

People don’t just know him as a voice actor, as Chris also recently appeared in the Lindsay Lohan Christmas movie for Netflix, Our Little Secret, as a veterinarian who helps Avery hide her cookie secret.

He also appeared in the hit Prime Video series Fallout as Warden Benjamin, who meets Lucy and Maximus on their journey after they stumble upon his safe.

His other live-action credits include 30 Rock, Suburgatory, Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story and Anchorman.

Chris joins previously announced guests (and his Rick and Morty costars) Spencer Grammer, Ian Cardoni and Harry Belden, who voice Summer, Rick and Morty, respectively.

The already announced guest of the Spring Edition, Theo Rossi, has swapped his appearance for the Summer Edition in August instead.
