El Paso doctor warns that vacation weight gain can last year-round

The temptation to treat yourself during the holidays is hard to resist. However, an expert from El Paso recommends not giving in to temptation and not overeating, as this can lead to unwanted weight gain.

Dr. Jorge Acosta, medical director of the Las Palmas Del Sol Bariatric Clinic, warns that weight gain during the holidays continues throughout the year, leading to weight gain year after year.
