Eminem joins Detroit WNBA Superteam from investors: Report

The Detroit investors’ team who want to bring the WNBA back to Detroit has reportedly added rapper Eminem.
The offer would revive the inheritance of the Detroit shock, which won three championships in 12 seasons (1998-2009) before moving to Tulsa, Oklahoma.

A super team of local investors – led by Piston’s owner Tom Gores and his wife Holly – try to bring the WNBA back to Detroit.

According to reports, this group reports even more star power when adding rapper Eminem.

Sportico reported on Wednesday that the superstar joined the offer. The list of big names also contains Lions Quarterback Jared Goff, Basketball Hall of Famers Grant Hill and Chris Webber, the deputy chairman of Pistons, Arn Tellem, Lions, main owner Sheila Hamp, CEO of General Motors Mary Barra and others.
