Marshall and Crew are currently starting the 2025 WSL season in Oahu, Hawaii Surfing Pipeline on January 27th to February 8th.

“I’m really looking forward to pipeline, it is definitely one of our funniest events of the year, because it is the best wave we have on the tour,” said Marshall, 26. “It’s really exciting, but it’s also a bit Also discouraging because it is such a heavy wave … you want to make sure you stay safe, but you can also get the best wave of your life in competition. I think we’re all really looking forward to it on the tour. “

From Hawaii, Marshall will meet tours such as Australia, Abu Dhabi, El Salvador, Tahiti, Portugal, South Africa, Brazil and Fiji.

Marshall qualified for the tour for the first time in 2021 and was his best so far last season and took 11th place on the men’s side. Marshall spent the low season to live on the Pipe Pro living in Hawaii, on his best days that surfed six to eight hours and worked on improving his barrel. While the home base is still encinable, he will only be at home this year between February and September and travel and surf the world. He can’t complain.

“I wanted to do that all my life to be able to experience this, and this is definitely a dream,” said Marshall. “I’ve always wanted to do that.”

On the tour this year, Marshall is most looking forward to rethinking Jeffreys Bay in South Africa, where he has not been no longer since his rookie year. He will also travel to Abu Dhabi for the first time to surf a competition in a wave pool in the United Arab Emirates. Surfing in a wave pool will be a different different experience.

“I have improved my results every year, so hopefully I can maintain this this year” for the first time.

This year the defending champion of WSL John John Florence takes a break, so that the competitive area takes note of the open place.

“Now on tour more than ever are many people who are my age with whom I grew up with whom I surf and against whom I compete” best. “It’s a cool moment when we are on the tour.”
