Everyone welcome the predatory father! The ‘Survivor’ Legend Hosts ‘Deal or No Deal Island After Show with Boston Rob’

Game show and reality TV fans demand more Deal or No Deal Island. Season two, premiering Wednesday, January 8 at 8:00 PM ET/PT on NBC, promises to be bigger and better than its predecessor. One reason for the show’s huge success is OG Islander and Survivors Legend Rob “Boston Rob” Mariano. His clever gameplay, his funny comments and his loving father-son alliance with Aron Barbell won over the audience. Fans everywhere wanted to be part of the “Rob Mob.”

So how could there be a second season of the hit reality competition show without our beloved Robfather? That couldn’t be! He’ll be back to host that Deal or No Deal Island After Show with Boston Rob. Episodes will be available to stream every Wednesday on Peacock, NBC’s YouTube channel, and NBC.com, after new episodes of the series air in its regular time slot – Tuesdays at 9:00 pm ET/PT on NBC – beginning January 14 .

Every week, Rob sits down with eliminated islanders and enjoys a glass of iced tea (IYKYK). They talk about their failed strategies and the drama between the competitors and watch never-before-seen footage from the show. In the aftershow teaser, Rob is seen leaving the business to the outcasts. “They made some tremendously – I don’t want to call them mistakes – tremendously bad decisions,” Rob says with a laugh as he addresses a mysterious rejection. In another vignette, he asks two other anonymous players: “Are we going to build a bridge, repair fences, or are we going to continue the war?”

With his long reality TV resume – which includes The Amazing Race and the upcoming third season of The traitors—Boston Rob is the perfect person to put the contestants in the hot seat afterward DONDI Host Joe Manganiello and the banker are done. Deal or No Deal Island After Show With Boston Rob there couldn’t be a better companion.

Deal or No Deal Island will air in its regular time slot of Tuesdays at 9:00 PM ET/PT on NBC beginning January 14th.
