Explorer finds abandoned “Ghost” car dealership in Germany

Have you ever wondered what an abandoned car dealership looks like?

It’s not a pretty site.

In Germany, an explorer named Jessey came across a “ghost” dealership where time had stood still and whose vehicles and parts were left behind as if the owners had simply walked away.

The place housed several high-end models and thousands of forgotten car parts.

The dealership had several Kia models for sale, including two Kia Clarus models parked outside and an early 2000s Kia Rio found in the garage.

Surprisingly, a modern Kia Ceed was also left behind, raising questions as to why such a brand new car was abandoned.

Jersey documented the abandoned exhibition space on his YouTube channel Forgotten buildings.

It bore an uncanny resemblance to that abandoned Ford dealership that still had new cars from the 80s.

According to the YouTuber, the abandoned Kia dealership once belonged to two brothers.

A conflict led to the car dealership’s closure

Unfortunately, a bitter conflict between the brothers led to the restaurant’s closure about 15 years ago.

Even after the showroom closed in 2019, the workshop reportedly remained operational for a while, but that didn’t last long.

The explorer also came across the abandoned Volkswagen Passat and a Kia Carnival, the latter of which still had the dealer sticker as a 2005 model.

Unfortunately, the site has remained untouched for years and there appears to be no hope of restoration.
