Fabio Ochoa, Medellín Antitrust Committee, went to Colombia because he was indicted in the EE.UU.

CNN Spanish

The drug investigator Fabio Ochoa Vásquez received a conviction in this country late on the eve of El Dorado de Bogotá airport from the United States for offenses of personal crime, conspiracy and cocaine distribution and reported in a publication about migration to Colombia X.

Ochoa, a social partner of Pablo Escobar in the Medellín cartel, was traveling with the country in a provincial capital of Miami along with other deportees and was released because he confirmed migration to Colombia “with no judicial authorization” in a statement.

In 1999, he was captured by police in March 1999 while using police against various drug offenders and his associates. He was extradited to the United States in 2001 and sentenced to 30 years in prison in Miami in 2003.

As of December 5, immigration enforcement was placed under the Immigration and Aduana Control Service (ICE). I was awarded a penalty because the permission to seek recourse to Colombia within the framework of the tax office did not allow me to file criminal proceedings against the law enforcement agency.

According to police statements at the time of her capture, Ochoa was asked to send 30 tons of cocaine to the United States. The Drogas Control Agency (DEA, in English) was defeated at its moment because of the illegal activities of the Medellín cartel Pablo Escobar Gaviria.
