First day as Scuderia Ferrari HP driver for Lewis

The Scuderia Ferrari HP adventure from Lewis Hamilton is now in progress. In the early morning, the seven-time world champion arrived at the team’s Maranello headquarters in Via Enzo Ferrari 27. From there he went to the Fiorano route, where against the background of Enzo Ferrari’s house on the small square, which is now named after the other, the seven-time Formula 1 world champion Michael Schumacher was carried out by the team leader Fred Vasseur and the CEO of Ferrari, Benedetto Vigna, hit. The traditional “First Day” photos were taken there and even the weather contributed to feeling Lewis at home, with some typical British cloudy sky and drizzle. Also at hand was a Ferrari F40, Lewis’ favorite super sports car.

Reviews and total immersion. Next was Lewis’ Agenda a short visit to the Fiorano House and in the mine garage with Vasseur and Vigna, including a look at the famous office, from where Enzo Ferrari would watch his team at work. Hamilton then returned to the SCUDERIA headquarters, where he met the management team and Piero Ferrari before starting a Totylong Total Immersion program and visiting all different departments to get to know the team. The work will continue tomorrow with more technical meetings and briefings because preparations for a very busy season begin.

There are a few days when you know that you will remember forever, and today my first as Scuderia Ferrari HP driver is one of these days. I was lucky enough to have achieved things in my career that I never thought possible, but some of me always captured this dream of races in red. I couldn’t be happier to realize this dream today.
