The trio continued before the last four Gator Tales with Sean KelleyA podcast that is moderated by the Play-by-Play announcer by Florida Gator, Sean Kelley.
In episode 48, Kelley interviewed every player about the team, their dream season and what he was expecting in San Antonio.
Thoughts about Florida’s success
Martin quoted his faith as an essential part of his success as a player during his college career and his confidence in his team.
“To have believed to trust God and enter the work. Trust each other,” said Alijah.
Martin informed his thoughts about the final Four after he had already experienced one with FAU in 2023.
“It is life -changing, these boys don’t know, but they are 100,000 richer, they get a résumé in their basketball, they are more famous. It is life -changing,” he said.
He also mentioned how he and Clayton are similar in many ways:
“We have so much together, we both outsiders. We come from Midors Majors, under recruitment in basketball, the great college and we have so much together.”
Clayton mentioned the victory against Connecticut as his favorite moment of this tournament
“Um who looked at my favorite. I will definitely say to the Uconn victory. I definitely say that this was my favorite so far. You know whenever you could simply beat a program, especially in a family tree of the back -to -back -to -Back -Back -Back -Back -To -To -To -Champions Championship, if you win a game that means a lot.
Richard expressed Kelley his sense of success:
“It is definitely something special to go to training, see the last four up there. In any case, a great feeling of being achieved and knowing that we can do something special.” This is the first time that Richard San Antonio visits and mentions that “it is a moment that I will never forget.”

Overview of Floridas Trifecta
Clayton Jr. presented his clutch ability during March Madness with an average of 22.3 points in 45% of the shootout. Clayton hit some of the most clutch shots that we saw in the tournament.
His 30-point performance with 4 assisting against Texas Tech was one for the eternity in the Chase Center in San Francisco and sank 3s from anywhere, just like the NBA Great Stephen Curry.
Martin has become one of the team’s strongest players and brought Florida’s start five with persistence and strength. Playing quarterback in the high school definitely helped him develop his tenacity. Martin will be the first player to be released in two last fours with two different teams, starting with Florida Atlantic in the 2022-2023 season.
Richard, a native Fairburn, Ga. He shoots 35.7% from 3, 68.2% to 2s and 83.7% from the line in the NCAA tournament. Richard played in all 38 games of the Gator this season.
