Florida-Georgia: What you need to know

Florida men’s basketball hosts Georgia at the O’Connell Center on Saturday. January 25 at 3:30 p.m., and here’s everything you need to know.

Gainesville, Fla. – No. 5 Florida men’s basketball (17-2, 4-2 SEC) returns to action this Saturday at the O’Connell Center as the Gators take on the Georgia Bulldogs (14-5, 2-4 SEC). Record 3:30 PM

Know before you go

  • Arrive early to avoid lines; General public gates (Gates 1 and 4) and the UF Student Gate (Gate 3) open at 2:30 p.m
  • Men’s Basketball Game Day Parking Information
  • General public tickets are sold out. Buy verified resale tickets by visiting Ticketmaster.com.
  • Don’t wait until the gate: Fans are encouraged to add their mobile tickets and digital parking to their digital wallet before proceeding to the faster and more efficient gate access to the O’Dome.
  • All active UF students must pass through Gate 3 with a free, claimed season pass. Click here to claim your pass. Holding a Students Season Pass does not guarantee entry, and admission is first-time, first-served for students who have claimed a pass.
  • Tipoff is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. The game will be broadcast on Learfield’s Gators Sports Network on the SEC network and radio.

  • Postgame layups: Children ages 12 and under can shoot layups on the court after the game, which was presented by Meldon Law.

Ticket information

As previously announced, tickets for the Georgia game are sold out in addition to the South Carolina (February 15), Texas A&M (March 1) and Ole Miss (March 8) games. Limited ticket inventory remains for the Gators’ other two home dates against Vanderbilt (Feb. 4) and Oklahoma (Feb. 18). One-game tickets can be purchased at Floridagators.com/tickets, by calling (352) 375-4683, or at the O’Connell Center ticket office (north of Gate 1) 90 minutes before each game.

  • Student cards: Beginning at 2:30 p.m., all students must enter the Exactech Arena via Gate 3 on the southwest side of the venue. Please note that having a Student Season Pass does not guarantee entry as all active students are eligible for a free Season Pass. Admission will be granted on a first come basis for students who have claimed a pass. *Please note that the game against Georgia is a sellout, so student capacity will be limited at normal levels.
  • Verified resale tickets: Ticketmaster.com is the only verified resale partner for the Florida Gators. Avoid purchasing tickets from unauthorized secondary websites or unknown people. Click here for tips on checking tickets.
  • Will call: Tickets can be picked up at the Stephen C. O’Connell Center Ticket Office located north of Gate 1 near the Tom & Jane Johnson Atrium.
