A Florida woman has been charged with first-degree murder after she was accused of selling drugs that led to the death of a Collier County person. The indictment alleges that on May 11, 2024, Kio’Maris De’Jai Moore sold drugs containing fentanyl to the victim. Documents show Moore is charged with first-degree murder. The Collier County Sheriff’s Office led the investigation. “Anyone involved in the trafficking, sale or supply of illegal narcotics that we can prove caused the death of another will be prosecuted and charged with first-degree murder. Let me emphasize this again: If you choose this path and someone dies, you risk being charged with first-degree murder,” said prosecutor Amira Fox.
