Auburn University players have been talking nonsense all week leading up to the Iron Bowl.

Alabama fans are ready for Saturday’s annual rivalry at Saban Field, but Mike McCoy is more than prepared to watch his alma mater show up and show off. The former Crimson Tide wide receiver returned The Coach’s Corner with Mike McCoy via Touchdown Alabama Magazine to break down the game. McCoy, a 2009 BCS national champion, gave Auburn’s DeMarcus Riddick props for the talk jump, but he wants Riddick to be in business. He challenged Jalen Milroe to do his best this weekend and sent a message to Nick Sheridan, Alabama’s offensive coordinator. McCoy wants the offense to have great success.

“Be a creative man,” McCoy said. “Don’t do this unseasoned chicken offensive on Saturday. I’m tired of seeing this inexperienced chicken man. Get some Publix chicken, man. Get some Popeye’s chicken, man. I love the chicken at Popeye’s. I need to see a two-piece with some cookies on the way home, man. Stop playing with these boys, man.”
