Hailey Bieber makes a rare appearance of the red carpet in a cut -out association dress

Hailey Bieber is a master of off-duty fashion, but her latest outfit has proven that she also knows a lot about pulling the gala style. At the Fashion Trust Us Awards in Los Angeles, Bieber exchanged her statement layers and Little Party is looking for something else: an elegant turn on the bandage dress.
