Halestorm went ghost hunting in a haunted prison, and you can watch here

Members of the rock group Halestorm, originally from York County, recently had contact with beings from the afterlife.

The group braved the so-called “Blood Prison,” also known as the Ohio State Reformatory, while in town for the Inkcarceration Music & Tattoo Festival in Mansfield, Ohio.

According to Loudwire, their journey through the historic former prison was recorded for paranormal posterity.

Halestorm’s visit was featured in an episode of the Loudwire series “Paranormal Prison” and her experiences can be viewed on YouTube here.

Halestorm was formed by Red Lion natives Lzzy and Arejay Hale, and the group returned to the area over the summer to perform at the York State Fair.

The band’s visit to the blood prison brought with it some spooky surprises, but the spooky coincidences apparently don’t end there.

Towards the end of the episode, it was revealed that Lzzy Hale had sent the Paranormal Prison team a text message about unusual activity that was plaguing her after filming ended.
