Harlem robbery: You ask for meetings at the funeral home before attacking director with machete

Harlem, Manhattan (WABC) – The New York City police are looking for the man who went to a funeral home and pretended to discuss precautions before attacking and robing the director.

It happened on February 17th in a funeral company in the West 131st Street around 3 p.m.

The police said the man asked the 66-year-old funeral home to discuss the planning agreements.

After going to the office, the suspect demanded money, hit the victim in his head and showed a machete before taking his phone and wallet.

The suspect came away and the victim rejected medical help.

Each with information is requested to call the hotline of the NYPD crime stopper under 1-800-577 tips (8477) or for Spanish 1-888-57 pista (74782).
