Wetin we call this photo, Bishop TD Jakes speaks for the first time since my collapse during Sunday’s sermon

American preacher and televangelist Bishop Thomas Dexter Jakes speaks for the first time since I suffered a health emergency during Sunday service.

As Ecclesiastes was preaching at Potter’s House Church in Dallas on November 24th, I suddenly began to shake.

The 67-year-old captured the incident in a viral video as he raised his hand during the service, and his family described it as a “medical incident.”

So church leaders and Oda Pipo rush to the pulpit to support the bishop and give him medical care while the rest of the church doesn’t pray.

Since this incident, many people around the world are not praying for Bishop TD Jakes; I am a daughter who will be an associate pastor for the church along with her husband. I will update the world later this evening to say that Dad is responding to treatment.

“But things may get worse for Baba God today as Bishop Bin is suffering a medical incident. Bishop does not recover under Sabi Pipo’s care.

Sarah Jakes Roberts adds in the video: “We’re not trying to make me sit down after the attack, but we know I’m the strong bishop.”

Four days after the incident, Bishop TD Jakes did not post a video to the top of social media pages thanking the world for daily prayers during the emergency.

In the one-minute video that we at Potter’s House also post on our social media page, Bishop is not in a wheelchair, surrounded by doctors, and I want to say: “I am grateful to everyone, we are asking for help, everyone who is us “Show me, I’m very grateful.”

The bishop gets emotional when I’m in a wheelchair and says, “I’m not afraid to die, I don’t want to hurt my pickins, and we love me, my church needs me.”

Nothing is heard of these few seconds of the video, but in the caption of the post I add: “I thank God that I don’t have a stroke, it can be fatal, if not, for Baba God, we are in this Mata came.”

Bishop TD Jakes also thanked medical doctor Sabi Pipo for his “speed and expertise”.

“Right now I need to focus on, let’s say I go out, I need to rest so God will restore me for my work.”
