The Realm of Food is unlocked as you progress through the first few chapters of the main quest. To access it, interact with any Warp Spire. Alternatively, speak to Tokar at the Warp Spire at the front gate of the Stylist’s Guild and complete the New Leadership: Realm of Escalation side quest if you haven’t unlocked any Realms yet.

Fufu accepts items with rarity “Brown” or higher – the higher the rarity, the more insight you get per item. However, every trade you make in the Food Realm requires you to expend life energy. So choose carefully if you don’t want to wait for refreshment. The health cost of trading each item increases in increments of 20, starting at 20 health for brown items, 40 health for blue items, etc.

The amount of insights Fufu shares also depends on your Mira level. The higher your Mira level, the more insight you gain, starting at +25% at level 15, +50% at level +50%, +75% at level 25, and increasing to +100% at level 35. Keep Think remember when you are close to reaching these thresholds.
